What counts as a credit?
Credits are a normalized billing unit. One credit roughly maps to $0.001 of compute. The exact credit cost per run is defined by the worker's price_per_run setting, which is set by the publisher (or you, for your own workers).
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. On upgrade, your new limits take effect immediately. On downgrade, changes apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Pro and Creator plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. If you don't upgrade at the end of the trial, you're automatically moved back to the Free plan.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No. Monthly credit allocations reset at the start of each billing cycle. Pay-as-you-go credits purchased separately do not expire.
How does the revenue share work?
On Creator plan, when other users run your public workers, they pay in credits. Seek API takes a 30% platform fee; you receive 70%. Revenue is tracked in real time on your dashboard and paid out monthly above a $10 threshold.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Team plan users processing high volumes can contact us for custom credit pricing. Enterprise contracts with SLAs are available for organizations with significant usage.
